Happy Valentine Day,

I write Celtic/Romances of Long Swords, Hot Heroes, and Warrior Women. So I had to post for Valentine Day as Celtic/Romance and the Day of Sweethearts go together like dark chocolate and red roses. After all Saint Valentine rests in the Emerald Isle. Long ago, In 1835, the Irish Carmelite, John Spratt, renowned for his preaching skill was honored by Pope Gregory XVI, with the token of the remains of Saint Valentine. John Spratt brought St. Valentine to rest at the church he’d built to Our Lady of Mount Carmel at Whitefriar Street in Dublin. The shrine housing St. Valentine is visited by couples in love throughout the year. A great Celtic love story makes for a sweet read on Valentine Day. Read a Romance or give a romance book or ebook for Valentine Day. Celebrate Valentine Day with a celebration of love for books and reading.

Happy Valentine Day,

Cornelia Amiri
