Welcome to the party!

Hello everyone, and let me do a short introduction. I'll be back and forth today for our lovely release party today at the Goddess Fish pavilion. I hope you're all having a great summer. I hope everyone's staying cool!

Me? I'm currently typing to you from Iqaluit, Canada. For those who don't know where that is, think Greenland, and then travel west to the small island beside it, known as Baffin Island. I don't have to worry about staying cool, that's for sure. Which at this time of year, might be something to be envied, but trust me, after the brutal winter I just endured, I deserve it. It was still snowing in June.

For those who don't know me, I'm L.K. Below. I write erotic romance and, as of this October, urban fantasy. Under my full name, Lindsay Below, I just released my very first young adult novel, Lurkers in print and ebook.

But I'm not here to talk about Lurkers. Today I'm wearing my L.K. Below hat and talking about my newest romantic release, Never a Princess, Always a Frog. I'll tell you more about that a bit later, but now let me suffice it to say that this book is a hot, contemporary retelling of "The Princess and the Frog."

For now, let's sit back and relax. How is everyone this fine Sunday? Tell me a bit about yourselves -- where do you hail from?

Nice to meet you, Vanessa. I imagine you're quite hot there.

Hey Lindsay. Waving here from Pensacola Fla in the 104 degree heat with 90+ humidity. Ahh to be on your island.

Hi sweet Lindsay, it's always a delight to see you! Love the title and cover of your subject today. Provocative and hot. Who needs weather when you can write your surroundings? 'Course our temp in California is consistent 70 to 75 degrees by the beach which makes walking everywhere a Walking to church today but wanted to wave at one of my favorite artists.

Nice to see you here, Jillian. Trust me, two months ago you wouldn't have wanted to be here!!

Thanks for stopping by, Karen. Your continued support makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. :)

Hi L.K. - I'm in the midwest and your cool temps sure sound good...we've been experiencing an unusually hot summer. Can't wait ro read the excerpts of your new book.

Hi Maria,

Yes, I imagine you are a bit envious of me. This summer's been a bit of an anomaly. We've gotten the most rain up here for a long time, but I can't bring myself to complain because it always breaks the hot period. I'll hope it cools down over there soon!

Thanks for joining me!
