HER FATHER'S DAUGHTER by Cathy Mansell

My next book, Her Father's Daughter, set in 50s Ireland will be published by Tirgearr Publishing on 6th June.  It is a story of one woman's search to find the truth, with links to the Magdalene laundries.

Sarah Nolan, a junior journalist at a fictitious newspaper office, in Cork city, Ireland, discovers that falling in love with the attractive flirty Dan Madden, may be harder work than she at first anticipated. But, things become complicated when she meets and befriends Lucy, only to discover her to be pregnant. Sarah sets out to help Lucy to keep her baby. And what she discovers in the process devastates her.

I love to hear your comments if you
do get to read this one, Debby.

I can't wait to see the cover and to know that people are reading.
That would be great.
Thanks for commenting.

Her Father's Daughter sounds intriguing, Cathy. Mysterious, and a little touch of romance...just the way I like it! And the setting, which I know nothing about, is fascinating.
