After a long, cold and snow filled winter I'm ready for a new beginning. I can't wait to see the buds sprout up and I love hearing the birds chirp outside my window in the morning. There are so many ways to start fresh, whether it's a new hair color, a stylish new hair style, a few new clothes, a renewed or new relationship, or a new romance novel to read, your bound to feel refreshed and be ready to enjoy spring.

My new beginning is retirement. I'm trying not to fill my every waking moment with projects to do and to learn how to be okay with being still.

Do you mean a new beginning this year? I had a "new beginning" 15 years ago when I had a bone marrow transplant. Most BMT patients refer to their transplant day as their "rebirthday." Since then, I've had other new beginnings--moves to different states, new jobs, promotions--but nothing beats that rebirthday!
