 Jude Deveraux’s Knight in Shining Armor introduced me to time travel and gallant knights.  It’s a powerful love story that’s pure and timeless. It literally spans the ages. Isn’t that the type of love we all want?

Elizabeth Peters’ Lady Amelia Peabody is a true heroine. Steadfast by her dashing husband Radcliffe Emerson’s side she is the brains who figures out the mystery. She proved smart women have a place in adventure and intrigue as well as keeping their man interested.
