New Release Party! My Immortal by Wendi Zwaduk

Welcome to the release party of the uber hot, paranormal erotic romance, My Immortal by Wendi Zwaduk.

What's it about? I'm glad you asked!! Here's the blurb:

What’s a girl to do when she finds out the man of her dreams is a 340 year old vampire?

Run like hell or offer her heart.

Being a vampire hasn’t been easy for Storm Richardson. He’s not programmed to kill or harm, unless he needs to feed. When he meets Stephanie “Stevie” Persing, he knows he’s found his mate. But if he crosses the line between work and play, he risks losing the only person who matters—her.

Stevie’s been in love with Storm since the moment she laid eyes on him. He’s brooding, intense, and her one weakness. But is her heart too steep a price to pay for his love, especially when she discovers his deepest secrets?

Thanks everyone for stopping by. Isn't this a great idea? A place to party and meet the authors. Thanks for the congrats.

Now to answer Sherry's question...why is Storm a favorite character? He's a pistol. Plain and simple. He let me write his story, kept his eye on me as I wove his tale, and then when I thought I was nearing the home stretch, he bothered to tell me he was a vampire. Aggrivated the dickens out of me. I thought, come on...I'm nearly done. Then I listened to him. It wasn't easy. Vampires seem to be hot right now and I wasn't keen to jump on the bandwagon. He said, no, I'm a vampire and doesn't that make more sense? Now I won't give away too many details, but yeah, the honesty made it a lot easier. But he's my favorite because when I wanted him to be one way, he stuck to his guns. Plus, he's based on one of my very personal favorite heroes that I've never met. I'm not saying who he is...that's a secret. Guess I'm a pistol, too.

Thanks for explaining, Wendi, he sounds wonderful. I love it when the characters stick to their guns it usually means a better, stronger story and this sounds as though it covers both..
